Well, I have been using 3D LUTs with darktable since X-mas 2019 when darktable 3.0 appeared, and I have reported on this here in the forum. Many people here bought a Fuji camera partially because of the color output and we know it is quite tricky to mimic that in raw development software. It is actually very practical to work with LUTs in darktable, faster than w/ styles. Well this is a matter of taste - but yes, since I have the LUTs I haven't used the styles any more.

Many people (including me) like Darktable because it's free and it has a lot of useful features and toolsīut the default output is. It looks almost exactly like my edit, which involved lots more work. But then to compensate I brightened it +12 in the basic adjustments module. I disabled the base curve module (there is an option to make this default) and set -.33 EV because this photo from the X-T200 sample gallery seems overexposed. Remember to disable the base curve module and tune exposure. If you then open the "lut 3D" -module and press the folder icon inside the module it should bring up the file browser where you can select this file. You may need to restart darktable after that. I often need to process quite a lot of photos from gigs (not many this spring though!) I just couldn't create a darktable style that'd work with the majority of photos. Default darktable is usually better, with some Vibrance added Contrary to popular opinion, I don't think Fuji JPEGs are all that great. The basic adjustments module has a Vibrance slider that almost always helps improve upon out-of-camera JPEG. Lately I've been learning from Rico Richardson's short tutorials. I like the Astia film simulation usually so I wanted that as the starting point. Yeah, that's why I created this because I didn't like the built-in options either. The color lookup table module has several Fuji film emulations, but they aren't to my liking. It is certainly working for you! The images at top-of-thread are delightful.
